Coaching is becoming a buzz word but fear not! In the third session, you will learn all about the fundamentals of coaching! As a facilitator, you need to know how to integrate coaching into leading reflections and also how to address participant questions when you don’t have all the answers. In the session, we will cover that and explore the 3 coaching keys for effective facilitation: Alignment, Accountability, and Measurement.
