We think that years of experience are less important. Another question you can ask yourself is: "Is it clear to me what I need to learn next to improve my work as an LXD?"

While there are some particularities, the skills required from an LxD who is building online or offline learning experiences largely remain the same. We will have the space for sense-making so that you can understand how different skills might apply in different contexts.
